Website care plans · From $49/mo

What the monthly actually buys.

Most places charge you every month and never really say what for. So here is every plan, broken into the actual work, how often it happens, and why it costs anything.

Read it and pick for yourself. If you do not need one of these, we will tell you.

The three plans

Each one is the last one plus one more thing.

Nothing to decode. Care keeps the site safe and working. Visibility adds the work of getting found. Intelligence adds keeping your tools right as the business changes. Every Web + AI build comes with the first 90 days of Intelligence free.

Care
$49/mo

The site stays alive.

Your site is simple and you change it yourself. You still want someone making sure it stays up, stays safe, and does not disappear.

The actual work
  • Your site stays online
    All the time

Somebody has to own the hosting and keep the little lock icon working in the address bar.

  • Software kept up to date
    Every month

Out-of-date sites are how small businesses get hacked or flagged as unsafe by Google.

  • A full copy saved every week
    Weekly

And we open one now and then to make sure it actually works. A backup nobody has opened is not a backup.

  • We watch it around the clock
    All the time

We find out your site is down before you do, usually before a customer does.

  • Small changes when you need them
Up to 30 min a month

New hours, a price, a staff photo, a service you added.

  • We check your contact form still works
    Every month

A form that quietly stops arriving is the most expensive thing that can break on a website.

Nothing running in the background, so no usage costs. Ever.

Visibility
$149/mo

The site keeps getting found.

You want to show up when people search for what you do, and you are realistically never going to sit down and write it yourself.

The actual work
  • One new article a month
    Monthly

Written about your actual business by a person, not spun out of a machine.

  • Your Google listing kept current
    Monthly

Photos, hours, questions, updates. For a local business this is the single biggest thing that moves you up.

  • Your name, address and phone the same everywhere
    Every 3 months

When directories list you three different ways, Google trusts you less and you drop.

  • We keep your tracking working
    Monthly

Broken pages, pages Google cannot read, and tracking that quietly stopped counting.

  • A one-page report
    Monthly

What moved, what did not, and what we are doing about it next month. One page, in plain English.

Nothing running in the background, so no usage costs. Ever.

Intelligence
$200/mo

The system keeps running.

You need something answering customers when you cannot. You have tools working for you and they have to stay right as the business changes.

The actual work
  • Your tools kept working
    All the time

The services they plug into change constantly. Somebody has to keep up with that so you never notice.

  • We teach it when things change
    Whenever you need

You close Mondays now. Prices went up. You dropped a service. It needs to know.

  • We read what it said to your customers
    Monthly

Not a report about it. We actually read the conversations and fix anything it got wrong.

  • Clevara answers customers by text
    All the time

Your own AI partner, knows your business, lives in your texts instead of another app you never open.

  • When something breaks, a person fixes it
    Same day

Not a ticket number. A human being who knows your build.

Plus what your customers actually use, billed at our cost. See below.

How usage is billed

You only pay for what your customers actually use.

Every time a customer uses one of these tools, it costs a small amount to run. A spa that handles 400 conversations in December costs more than the same spa handling 90 in February. There are only three honest ways to deal with that.

  1. Option one

Charge everyone enough to cover the busiest month. Then every slow month, you pay for something you did not use. Most places do this, and it is why these prices usually feel made up.

  2. Option two

We cover it and lose money in your busiest months, which are exactly the months the tool is doing the most for you. That would punish you for growing.

  3. Option three, the one we do

The monthly covers our work. What your customers use is billed at exactly what it costs us, listed line by line, nothing added on top. In a slow month it is close to nothing. In a busy month it costs a bit more, and a busy month is the one that made you money.

That means the texts and calls it sends, and the thinking it does to answer somebody. Plans with nothing running in the background never have this at all.

What you own

Cancel and you keep the website.

The site is yours. The code, the accounts, everything in it. A plan pays for the work we keep doing after launch, so if you stop, that work stops. The site does not. Nothing switches off and nothing gets held over your head.

Plenty of companies build your site on something you can never take with you. Stop paying and it vanishes. That is rent on something you already bought, and it is why people are right to be careful about a monthly. We do not work that way.

Do you actually need one?

Simple site, you change it yourself, nothing running behind it

Care. You still want somebody keeping it safe and backed up.

You want to get found and you are never going to write it yourself

Visibility.

Something needs to answer customers when you cannot

Intelligence.

You already have somebody doing all of this

None of them. Keep your money. We will tell you so.

Straight answers about the monthly.

What does a website care plan cost?

Three plans. Care is $49 a month and keeps the site alive: hosting, security, backups, monitoring and small edits. Visibility is $149 and adds managed SEO. Intelligence is $200 and keeps your AI tools running and correct. Every Web + AI build includes the first 90 days of Intelligence.

Why is API usage billed separately?

Because an AI tool costs money every time a customer uses it. A spa running 400 intake conversations in December costs more to serve than the same spa running 90 in February. We could pad the monthly so the busiest month is always covered, but then you overpay every quiet month. Instead the plan covers our work and usage covers your volume, billed at exactly what it costs us, itemized, with no markup.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your website. You own it outright, along with the code, the accounts and the data. Cancelling stops the service we provide each month, it does not switch anything off. We do not build things you have to keep renting to keep using.

Do I have to be on a plan?

No. If you have people already handling your hosting, updates and content, you do not need one and we will tell you so. A plan you do not need is money you should keep.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any month. Each plan is the one below it plus one clearly named thing, so moving up or down is a small decision rather than a renegotiation.
