Privacy / plain language

We collect little. We sell nothing.

This page says what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. No legal maze. If anything is unclear, email us and a real person answers.

01 / What you give us

Information you send on purpose

When you fill out a form on this site, we get what you typed. That usually means your name, email, business name, website address, and whatever you tell us about your project. The free website check also asks for the URL you want scanned.

We use it to reply to you, prepare your audit or proposal, and follow up on the thing you asked about. That is it. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

02 / What happens automatically

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people and which ones do not. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in the banner. If you decline, we still see anonymous, cookieless counts, and nothing is stored on your device for tracking.

Our host, Vercel, also collects privacy-friendly performance data (page speed, country level traffic). It does not use cookies and cannot identify you.

03 / The free website check

What the audit tool does

If you run the free website check, our tool loads the public pages of the URL you submit, the same way any visitor or search engine would. It reads what is publicly there, builds a report, and emails it to the address you gave us. We keep a copy of the report and your contact details so we can follow up.

04 / Who touches the data

Services we rely on

A few tools process data on our behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Google Analytics measures it, Resend delivers our email, and Google Workspace stores form submissions so leads do not get lost. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

We never sell your information. We never rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Nobody buys their way to your inbox through us.

05 / Your choices

See it, fix it, delete it

Want to know what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email binil@ascendcreativeconsulting.com and it gets handled. A real person reads that inbox, usually the founder.

You can also change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. The banner will ask again on your next visit.

06 / The boring but honest part

Retention and changes

We keep project and lead records for as long as we might realistically work together, then clean house. If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. No silent rewrites.

Ascend Creative Consulting is based in Hilo, Hawaii and serves clients across the United States. If you have a privacy question this page does not answer, ask us directly.
