QuickBooks AI integration.
QuickBooks does categorization fairly well. The wedge is on top of it: anomaly flags, batch communication, and the document chase that QBO does not handle.
QuickBooks Online has gotten quietly competent at transaction categorization, so the AI wedge for a CPA practice is no longer the categorization itself. It is on the layer above: anomaly detection against the prior-year baseline, batch client communication for missing receipts and statements, and the structured intake sequence that runs against the QBO chart of accounts. The full integration guide, with the QBO API patterns and the human-confirmation gate we use on every outbound client email, ships in May 2026.
Coming online in 2026. The roadmap below is committed, the writing is queued.
