AI for property managers.
Maintenance triage and rent reminders are the safe wedges. Fair Housing exposure forces a human gate on every tenant-facing decision.
Property management has two AI surfaces that almost always make sense and one that almost never does. The safe wedges are maintenance request triage with severity tags, plus rent and lease-renewal reminder sequences. The unsafe surface is anything that looks like a tenant qualification or screening decision, because Fair Housing exposure requires deterministic logic and an auditable human gate. We will publish the property management vertical guide, including the maintenance category schema and the reminder cadence we use, in June 2026.
Coming online in 2026. The roadmap below is committed, the writing is queued.
